Continuing Mix It Up Fabric Series with Esther Edelman

In this 5 week session we will continue to Mix It Up and Play! on fabric, hoop, rope, sling and trapeze. We will continue to get acquainted with the various apparatus, building on basic skills and core strength. It is a guaranteed FUN way to soar off the ground and get in shape while doing so! Those who have taken the last series will add on to their basic toolbox of conditioning, basic climbs, and tricks. This class is open to those who have taken an introductory aerial class before. Students are encouraged to work at their own level and awareness. Students should not have any major injuries. Beginners can join the class after taking a private or semi-private session to learn the very basics.

The 5 week Mix It Up Series is $90. The 9 week fabric session is $162. There is a $20 registration/insurance fee for the 2009 year if you are a new student. There is a reduced fee if students want to take both classes.
