AERIAL FABRIC WITH ESTHER

Beginner Class, 6:10p-7:30p: students new to fabric will have a chance to learn basic climbs, locks, and drops at a slower pace, while building strength and getting comfortable on the apparatus. Students who have had some experience will continue at a faster pace learning more difficult sequences and drops. This class includes a warmup.

Intermediate Class, 7:30-8:55pm: we will focuson the next level of technique, more advanced drops and linking movements and phrases. We will use improvisational techniques to enhance movement style and creativity. Students should plan to arrive already warmed up and ready for class at 7:30.

These classes are suitable for those in good physical condition with no current injuries. A basic level of fitness and hand/arm strength is strongly recommended. Cost for 7 sessions is $154.
