Are you ready to come and play? Are you ready to meet other parents with infants and toddlers (0-3 years)? Come and wiggle, squiggle and giggle!
Professional group leaders oversee fun and informative morning activities for parents and their children. Special emphasis is on parent support, parenting two or more children, pertinent discussion topics, singing, play and interactive activities. Come and bring one or both children. Still pregnant with #2 or 3? We welcome you!
Session 2: April 8 - June 17.

Free Poetry classes for young people 6th -12th grade!
We all have a truth to speak, learn to speak your truth poetically. This class will focus on spoken word poetry and the work of artists involved in poetry slam. We will practice tapping our creativity, crafting images with figurative language and performing our poems. Opportunities for recording will be available.

Students act as choreographers, creating new dance moves with the instructor to be performed in class. Class begins with a 5-10 minute warm-up stretch and ends with a discussion about what we liked, what we need to work on and how to do so.
Cost: School year classes are $150/month for unlimited classes up to 5 days per week October through June. New students may begin at anytime.
In Band 101, students will learn the basics of the music industry at both a local and national level. Each class begins with a class discussion. In these discussions, students learn about various topics such as:
· Making your first record · Booking your first show · How to rehearse effectively · How to conduct a soundcheck · Business people and what they do · How to listen critically · How to conduct yourself professionally
After each class discussion, the class breaks into bands. The bands, each overseen by their own musical mentor, will work collaboratively to write, create, and perform original music. The overall goal is to bring the students to a level in which they can perform at Rock School showcases and record in our studio.
What To Bring: **Students will need to bring their guitars, basses, small amps, cords, picks, and drum sticks. Although some gear is available for lending, we encourage students to bring their own equipment. Large amps and drum sets provided by Rock School.

The Jewish Education Council of the Jewish Federation of Greater Seattle Proudly Presents... Rabbi Moshe Cotel, composer/pianist, presents a unique mix of classical piano and personal stories.
