Body Language: An Intermediate/Advanced Modern Dance Class

Instructor: Holly Eckert

Classes include a warm-up that emphasizes the development of core strength, flexibility, and range of motion as well as spational coordination, dynamic clarity and rhythmic precision. Each class includes several combinations ranging in style, tempo, and dynamic from passionate adagios to lush waltzes to driving, electic movement montages.

Saturdays from 11:30am - 1:15pm

Classes begin June 10th
