Youth Speaks: Wildcard Slam

Join  for their fourth and final preliminary  round in the 2008 Slamtastic Voyage Youth Slam Series, where young poets ages 13-19 compete for an opportunity to represent Seattle at the Youth Slam Nationals, held this year in Washington, D.C. The winners of this Wildcard Slam will advance to the Grand Slam Finals on May 18 at Piggot Auditorium.

Youth poets who wish to compete should arrive at 6 PM and bring three poems no longer than 3 minutes in length. They may not perform with props, costumes or musical accompaniment.
