Movement StudioQigong (Chi Kung), the study or work of life energy, “Qi”, is the root energy practice that underpins Chinese martial, meditative and health practices. Qigong supports and heals internal organs, immune and endocrine systems, musculo-skeletal systems and aids in cardiac fitness, blood and energy flow. It is a key to unlock peace, health, intuition, self-reliance and a sense of profound connection for people of all ages and fitness levels.
To be followed immediately by a 6:30 – 7:45PM Yang Style Tai Chi Fundamentals Class. $130 for one class or $180 for both. *Join anytime at a pro-rated fee.*
