Beginning Aerial Dance for Adults

5 Mondays starting February 26th, 2007

6:15-8:00pm

The cost is $85.00 for the entire 5-week session.

A 5-week class for new aerial dancers will be held on February 26th and March 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th from 6:15-8pm, limit 16 students.

Beginning classes include:
- a thorough warm up
- aerial dance technique instruction
- improvisational dance exercises on the ground and in the air
- guided cool down
